ABOUT US

Mission
At our childcare center, we recognize and celebrate that every child is unique, developing at their own pace both physically and cognitively. We are committed to fostering an environment where each child feels accepted, loved, and nurtured as an individual. Our mission is to ignite imagination and creativity in every child while instilling a strong sense of self-worth and confidence. We provide a variety of engaging activities and a supportive atmosphere that nurtures self-esteem, ensuring that our children maintain a positive self-image. We prioritize positive reinforcement throughout the day, encouraging children to explore and try new things without pressure to participate. Our approach to discipline reflects our belief that every child is inherently good; it is their behavior that may need guidance towards more acceptable forms of expression. We welcome parents to visit and engage with their children at any time. Active parent involvement is highly encouraged, as we value building strong connections with families and working together for the best interests of our children.

Developmental Screenings & Curriculum
Early and accurate identification of infants and young children who have developmental delays or disorders is key to the timely delivery of early intervention services. Our center will be offering a questionnaire for all children of ages 6 weeks to 5 ½ years old within 6 weeks of enrollment. The goal of comprehensive Child Find programs is to accurately separate the few infants and young children who require more extensive assessment from the children who do not. Both screenings will consist of 21 questionnaires designed to be completed by parents or other primary caregivers for children ages 4 weeks to 5 ½ years old. Each questionnaire contains developmental items like Communication, Gross Motor, Fine Motor, Problem Solving, and Personal-Social Skills.
